Elemind needs to be charged daily. We recommend keeping your charger on your nightstand and plugging in after you wake in the morning to ensure your headband is fully charged for your next sleep. A full charge takes 2.5 hours.

Elemind is intended to be worn by one person as headband settings and data are customized to the individual. If you do decide to share your headband, wipe the headband with a damp cloth and soap between uses.
