    Almost Falling Asleep on the Spot!

    I got to test out Elemind on a bright, noisy rooftop. I didn't know what to expect, but I didn't want to fall asleep, so I tried it sitting up. The band was super light and comfortable. When I put it on and closed my eyes, I didn't feel anything at first, but after about 30-60 seconds, it felt as if another pair of eyes was closing inside my head. A wave of calm and slowness washed over me, particularly through my chest. After the feeling set in, it stayed like a blanket over my mind. I could feel my head starting to droop, so I briefly opened my eyes. After that, it was like the blanket was tossed off. So again, I closed my eyes and felt the quietness set in. If I didn't actively try to keep myself awake, I think I would've fallen asleep on the spot. My whole session lasted about 4 minutes, but the experience was uncanny. I could see myself using this to go to sleep, to slow my mind down after work, or to deal with a bout of mind-racing anxiety. I can't wait to make Elemind a part of my sleep schedule!

    Very big changes to the way I've been sleeping since using Elemind

    There have been very big changes to the way I've been sleeping since using Elemind. Before the study, I would move around a lot. I’d wake up randomly. Sometimes I'll do a little task here and there, and then go back to bed and check my phone. And, you know, over the time of using this product, I noticed that I’ve been sleeping very well. I don't do any of that … anymore. So far I've been getting a good, at least five hours, five to six hours, of quality sleep. And I'm really amazed at this product that it's allowing me to do that. I'm a little bit worried what will happen if I don't have it. That's a big deal. So far my experience with Elemind has been very positive. I feel very well rested.

    Actually helped

    I find it harder and harder to sleep as an adult. Elemind was not only helpful in achieving a night of full restful sleep but it also allowed my body to relax beforehand. No grogginess in the morning. Thank you Elemind.

    The Future is Here

    As a long-time melatonin and sleep-aid user, I've always been a bit concerned about my reliance on external pharmaceuticals to get a good night's sleep. Skeptical, but willing to try anything, I slipped on the Elemind system, crawled into bed, and... within 15 minutes, I was out. Night after night. And, unlike my normal sleep patterns, I didn't wake up repeatedly, but slept straight through. It also had the added benefit of erasing the typical 30 minutes of grogginess that usually starts my day. Highly recommend!
