    Airline pilot - can finally sleep!

    HI! So I’m an airline pilot who is junior at my company, so I get stuck with a TON of transcontinental redeye flying. I have NEVER been one to be able to shift my circadian rhythm before, and have never been one to take naps during the day, but I went out on a limb to purchase the Elemind device, and it travels with me in my work luggage. It has been incredible! It has helped me to get quality rest exactly when I need it, and to practice good sleep hygiene while on the road with a very physically demanding schedule.     A+ for effort but I need help with my data

    I have attached my numbers over the past 3 weeks. Trying to find ways to improve. Still waking up frequently with racing thoughts though I try to concentrate on the "static" sound which helps and noticing that I'm getting very little deep sleep.

    I am very sensitive to snoring and heavy breathing. ( hubby wears a Cpap). Normal ear plugs don't shut out the noise of breakthrough snores and escaping air. Otherwise other sounds don't bother me. I am ordering QuietOn 4 sleep buds to hopefully ANC those low frequencies.

    The head band is otherwise quite comfortable and the app is excellent. And I really appreciate your dedication to bringing healthy sleep to the masses. Any suggestions please send them my way.

    I hope you are one of the 76 percent that can use the Elemind. Flawless, Amazing, I am blown away..

    Folks, this is an extensive review. Written on 4/20/25. I used the Elemind device correctly last night. The Elemind is an incredible, life changing device. So, to begin, a "caution". Don't do what I did at the start. I used the device for four consecutive nights without results AND I am the one who made the mistake. The Elemind device does come with an app. In that app there is a status graphic in the upper right hand corner. When you turn on and put on the Elemind with the app open, that graphic shows the 5 sensors in either RED or GREEN. My mistake was that I did not confirm that the sensors were GREEN for four nights of use. Once I confirmed that I had the Elemind on correctly, all GREEN sensors, it worked FLAWLESSLY. See the thing is that the Elemind has two sensors slightly above and the back of both ears, where hair can be a problem for those sensors. AND THAT is the only issue the device has..... You have to move your hair out of the way.

    My experience: this is how I describe sleep. Normal sleep is like being pulled down, you drift into it. AND you are aware, you can sense, feel dropping into sleep. With the Elemind, I would say the experience is more like being pushed down into sleep. So, as you are being pushed down into sleep, that sense, that feeling of the sleep process is different, it is more like your brain doesn't or can't keep you aware of where you are in the sleep process, instead, by the time you are aware of where you are in the…

    "Elemind: A Great Aid for Concentration"

    " I've started using Elemind recently, and it has truly brought about significant changes for me. After using it, I clearly feel that it's much easier for me to focus at work, and my mind doesn't wander as easily as before. The product is designed with great user - friendliness, and it's comfortable to wear without any burden. The only thing I'm not quite satisfied with is that some functions of the accompanying APP are not very convenient to operate. I hope it can be optimized in the future. Overall, it's a product worth recommending.
